What is ToolChat?

ToolChat is a white-label AI coaching platform that allows coaches, creators, and educators to build their own branded membership apps powered by artificial intelligence.

Core Concepts

Organizations (Apps)

When you sign up as an owner, you create an Organization - this is your branded coaching app. Each organization has:

• Custom branding (logo, colors, name)
• Its own members and subscription tiers
• Dedicated AI agents and knowledge base
• Independent billing through Stripe

Roles

ToolChat has three main user roles:

Role	Description
Owner	Creates and manages the coaching app. Full admin access.
Admin	Helps manage the app. Can manage members but not billing.
Member	Subscribed users who access your content and AI tools.

Tiers

Members subscribe to Tiers which control:

• Access to features (AI Chat, Community, Classroom)
• Monthly/yearly pricing
• Usage limits
