Every organization gets their own branded app with:

Role-Based Access

Member	Access to AI, courses, community based on tier

Owners and admins share most day-to-day management capabilities. The key differences: only owners can manage billing/Stripe settings, configure branding and custom domains, and manage admin roles. Admins have full access to agents, knowledge base, members, tiers, classroom, and community moderation — everything needed to run the platform on behalf of the owner.

Tier-Based Features

Control what members can access based on their subscription tier:

• Toggle AI Chat, Community (with sub-toggles), and Classroom per tier
• Gate individual skills to specific tiers
• Set usage limits (messages/tokens, storage, daily spend cap)
• Set pricing — weekly, monthly, annual, or one-time
• Shared agents — a tier toggle reserved for an upcoming member capability (not yet available)
• Guest rate limits — daily and monthly message limits per guest for public agents
