Overview

Virtual Coach lets members:

• Create personal AI agents
• Share them via public links
• Let guests sign up and chat
• Track guest engagement
• Build their own audience

How It Works

Member Creates Agent → Gets Shareable Link → Guests Sign Up → Chat with AI

1. Member builds a personal AI agent
2. Member generates a shareable link
3. Guests visit the link and sign up
4. Guests chat with the member's AI agent
5. Member tracks usage and engagement

For Members

Creating a Virtual Coach

1. Go to Settings → Virtual Coach
2. Click Create Agent
3. Configure your agent:

Sharing Your Agent

Once created, you get a shareable link:

2. Enter name and email

Settings

Activation

Virtual Coach can be activated or deactivated:

• Active — Link works, guests can sign up
• Inactive — Link disabled, no new signups

Email Verification

Optionally require guests to verify their email before chatting.

Rate Limits for Shared Agents

Owners can set tier-based rate limits on guest messaging to control costs and prevent abuse. These limits are configured per tier in Admin → Tiers.

How Rate Limits Work

Setting	Description	Default
Daily Msgs / Guest	Max messages a single guest can send per day	20
Monthly Msgs / Guest	Max messages a single guest can send per month	100

• Limits are enforced per guest (tracked by account and IP)
• When a guest hits their limit, they see a friendly message explaining the limit
• Limits reset at midnight (daily) or the 1st of each month (monthly)
• Set to "Unlimited" to remove the cap

Configuring Rate Limits

1. Go to Admin → Tiers
2. Edit the tier whose members share agents
3. Under Guest Agent Sharing, find the rate limit dropdowns
4. Set Daily Msgs / Guest and Monthly Msgs / Guest
5. Save

Enabling Guest Agent Sharing Per Tier

Guest agent sharing is a tier-level feature toggle. Enable it per tier to allow members on that tier to create and share personal agents with guests.

Billing

Guest usage counts toward the member's token allocation:

• Usage tracked per agent
• Visible in member's usage dashboard
• Sortable Guest Usage column in the Admin → Members panel
• Organization pays for all guest usage

• Define the agent's expertise
• Set appropriate boundaries
• Reference your knowledge base
• Match your communication style

Upload content that:

• Answers common questions
• Explains your methodology
• Provides specific examples
• Is up-to-date and accurate

Promotion

Maximize value by:

• Sharing widely and consistently
• Mentioning it in other content
• Using it as a lead magnet
• Adding to your bio and website
