What is ToolChat?

ToolChat is a white-label AI coaching platform that allows coaches, creators, and educators to build their own branded membership apps powered by artificial intelligence.

Core Concepts

Organizations (Apps)

When you sign up as an owner, you create an Organization — this is your branded coaching app. Each organization has:

• Custom branding (logo, favicon, colors, name)
• Its own members and subscription tiers
• One AI agent plus the skills it can activate
• One knowledge base the agent searches automatically
• Community with DMs, groups, and events
• Video meetings with recordings
• Course content (Classroom)
• Independent billing through Stripe

Roles

ToolChat has three main user roles:

Role	Description
Owner	Creates and manages the coaching app. Full admin access.
Admin	Helps manage the app. Can manage members but not billing.
Member	Subscribed users who access your content and AI tools.

Tiers

Members subscribe to Tiers which control:

• Access to features (AI Chat, Community, Classroom)
• Which skills the agent can use for that member
• Pricing (weekly, monthly, annual, or one-time)
• Auto-membership in tier-linked groups
