The Knowledge Base enables AI agents to reference your specific content when responding to members.
Overview
Upload documents containing your methodology, FAQs, and reference materials. When members chat with AI, the system retrieves relevant content to inform responses.
How It Works
Upload Documents → AI Indexes Content → Retrieved During Chats → Informed ResponsesThis technique is called Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)—it grounds AI responses in your actual content rather than generic knowledge.

Organization
- Use descriptive file names

Limitations
- Maximum file size: 25 MB
- Image content not processed
- Complex formatting may not parse well
