In-App Support

Use the built-in support inbox:

  1. Go to Admin → Support in the sidebar
  2. Click New Ticket
  3. Select a category:
    • Support - Technical issues, account problems
    • Feedback - Feature requests, suggestions
    • Bug Report - Something isn't working right
  4. Describe your issue
  5. Attach screenshots if helpful
  6. Submit

What Happens Next

  1. Your ticket appears in your support inbox
  2. You'll see a notification badge when there's a reply
  3. Continue the conversation in the ticket thread until resolved

Tips for Faster Resolution

Include Details

Help us help you by including:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Any error messages (exact text)
  • Browser and device you're using
  • Steps to reproduce the issue

A picture is worth a thousand words:

  • Capture the full error or issue
  • Include relevant context
  • Use the attachment feature in tickets

Be Specific

❌ "It's not working" ✅ "When I click 'Create Tier', I get a blank screen. Using Chrome on Mac."
