Use the built-in support inbox:
- Go to Admin → Support in the sidebar
- Click New Ticket
- Select a category:
- Support - Technical issues, account problems
- Feedback - Feature requests, suggestions
- Bug Report - Something isn't working right
- Describe your issue
- Attach screenshots if helpful
- Submit
What Happens Next
- Your ticket appears in your support inbox
- You'll see a notification badge when there's a reply
- Continue the conversation in the ticket thread until resolved

Include Details
Help us help you by including:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages (exact text)
- Browser and device you're using
- Steps to reproduce the issue

- Capture the full error or issue
- Include relevant context
- Use the attachment feature in tickets
