For Owners ​

Creating Content ​

  1. Go to Classroom
  2. Create a course
  3. Add modules to organize content
  4. Add lessons with content

Lesson Content ​

  • Rich text with formatting
  • Images and diagrams
  • Downloadable attachments
  • Video embeds
  • Meeting recordings (auto-imported)

Course Settings ​

  • Publish/unpublish courses
  • Set tier access (restrict to specific tiers)
  • Organize course and module order
  • Assign instructors

Instructors ​

Assign instructors to courses:

  • Display instructor info on courses
  • Multiple instructors per course
  • Instructor bio and credentials

Bulk Upload ​

Import courses in bulk:

  • CSV upload for course data
  • Batch create courses, modules, and lessons
  • Great for migrating existing content

Meeting Recordings ​

Meeting recordings can be promoted to lessons:

  • Auto-transcription included
  • Organized within course structure
  • Maintains original meeting context

For Members ​

Taking Courses ​

  2. Select a course
  3. Progress through lessons
  4. Mark lessons complete

Progress Tracking ​

  • See completion percentage
  • Resume where you left off
  • Track completed lessons
  • Visual progress indicators

Access Control ​

Course access is controlled by:

  • Tier-level Classroom toggle
  • Per-course tier access settings
  • Only members in allowed tiers see restricted courses
