Owner Feature

Member management is available to owners and admins.

Overview

Member management allows you to:

  • Invite new members
  • View member details and activity
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Track member engagement

Inviting Members

Single Invites

  1. Go to Admin → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email and select tier
  4. Member receives invitation email

Invitation Flow

Send Invite → Member Signs Up → Payment (if applicable) → Access Granted

Member List

View all members with:

  • Name and email
  • Current tier
  • Subscription status
  • Join date
  • Last active
  • Search by name or email
  • Filter by status (active, past due, cancelled)
  • Sort by various fields

Member Actions

For each member, you can:

  • View details - Activity and subscription info
  • Change tier - Upgrade or downgrade
  • Cancel subscription - End their membership
  • Remove member - Delete from organization

Subscription States

StatusMeaning
ActiveSubscription current, full access
Past DuePayment failed, in retry period
CancelledSubscription ended, no access
PausedTemporarily paused
