Billing and payment features are currently in development and not yet live. You can create and configure tiers, but payment processing is not yet enabled. You will be notified when billing features are ready to use.

Create pricing tiers to monetize your coaching app.

Owner Feature

Tier management is available to owners only.

Overview

Tiers define:

• Pricing — Monthly and yearly subscription costs
• Feature access — Which features members can use
• Agent access — Which AI agents are available
• Positioning — Different levels of your offering

Creating Tiers

1. Go to Admin → Tiers
2. Click Create Tier
3. Configure name, pricing, and features
4. Save and publish

Tier Settings

Setting	Description
Name	Display name (e.g., "Pro Membership")
Description	Brief description for members
Monthly Price	Monthly subscription cost
Yearly Price	Annual subscription cost
Features	Toggle AI Chat, Community, Classroom

Feature Access

Control what each tier includes:

Core Features

Feature	Description
AI Chat	Access to AI agents
Community	DMs, board, events
Classroom	Courses and content
Guest Agent Sharing	Allow members to share agents with guests

Agent Access

Restrict specific AI agents to certain tiers:

• Free tier: General assistant only
• Pro tier: All specialists
• VIP tier: Premium agents + priority

Guest Rate Limits

When Guest Agent Sharing is enabled for a tier, you can set limits on how many messages each guest can send:

Daily Msgs / Guest	Per-guest daily message cap	5, 10, 20, 50, Unlimited
Monthly Msgs / Guest	Per-guest monthly message cap	20, 50, 100, 500, Unlimited

These limits help control AI costs while still letting members share agents publicly. Guests see a friendly message when they hit the limit.

Tier-Linked Groups

Groups can auto-sync membership with tiers:

• Members added automatically when joining tier
• Members removed when leaving tier

Multiple Tiers

Good/Better/Best options for different budgets:

• Automatic recurring billing

Member Tier Changes

When members upgrade or downgrade:

• Upgrade — Immediate access to new features
• Downgrade — Access continues until period end
• Proration — Stripe handles billing adjustments

Best Practices

Tier Naming

Use clear, aspirational names:

• ❌ "Tier 1", "Tier 2"
• ✅ "Starter", "Professional", "VIP"

Value Ladder

Each tier should offer clear value jumps:

• Don't overlap too much
• Make upgrades compelling
• Show what's unlocked at each level

Pricing Psychology

• End prices in 7 or 9 ($47, $99)
• Show yearly savings prominently
• Highlight most popular tier
