Tier-Dependent Feature
Virtual Coach availability depends on your membership tier. Your coach enables this feature for specific tiers.
Create your own personal AI agent and share it with anyone via a public link. Great for lead generation, client support, and content distribution.
Getting Started
- Go to Settings → Virtual Coach
- Click Create Agent
- Configure your agent (name, bio, avatar, instructions, model)
- Activate and share your link
Creating Your Agent

Edit from Chat
When you're chatting with your personal agent, an Edit button appears directly in the chat toolbar — no need to navigate through Settings.
Sharing Your Agent
Once created and activated, you get a shareable link:
https://app.toolchat.ai/coach/your-custom-slugShare it on social media, in email signatures, on your website, or in marketing materials.

Guest Experience
Guests who visit your link can:
- Sign up with name and email
- Chat with your AI agent immediately
- View conversation history across sessions
- See a "Powered by [App Name]" footer
Guests may be subject to daily and monthly message limits set by your coach's tier configuration.
Lead Capture
Every guest signup captures:
- Name and email
- Sign-up date
- Message count and engagement
All leads are available in your dashboard for export and follow-up.
Personal Knowledge Base
Upload your own documents so your agent can reference:
- Your methodology and frameworks
- FAQs specific to your expertise
- Reference materials
- Personal content library
Best Practices
- Write clear instructions that define your agent's expertise
- Upload content that answers your audience's common questions
- Share your link widely and consistently
- Use it as a lead magnet on your website and social profiles
