Click Community in the sidebar to see:
- Chat — Direct messages and groups
- Board — Discussion posts
- Members — Member directory
- Events — Upcoming events and meetings
Direct Messages
Chat privately with other members.
Starting a Conversation
- Go to Community → Chat
- Click New Chat
- Select a member
- Start messaging
Group Chats
Join or create group conversations:
- Teams and cohorts
- Topic-based discussions
- Tier-linked groups (auto-membership)
Messaging Features

Read Receipts
See when your messages have been read with check marks and timestamps.

Viewing Posts
The Board shows posts from all community members. You can:
- Scroll through recent posts
- See who posted and when
- View comments and reactions
Creating a Post
- Click New Post or the compose area
- Write your message
- Add images if desired
- Click Post
Commenting
- Click on a post to open it
- Scroll to the comment section
- Write your comment
- Click Comment
Reactions
Show appreciation with reactions:
- Like posts and comments
- React to show support

For video meetings:
- Find the event
- Click Join when it's time
- Enter the video room

Finding Members
Click Members to see:
- List of community members
- Profile photos and names
- When they joined
Starting a DM
Click on a member to view their profile, then click Message to start a conversation.

Q: Can I turn off notifications? A: Notification settings are in your account preferences.
