Memories & Documents

Your AI agent gets more useful the more it knows about you. Memories give it lasting context about your business, and Documents keep everything it creates for you in one place.

Memories (your business context)

Memories are facts the AI remembers about you across every conversation — so you don't have to re-explain your situation each time.

Managing memories

  1. Open your profile menu and go to Settings → Memories
  2. Add, edit, or delete memories — the information the AI remembers about your business context
  3. Set an importance level so the most relevant context surfaces first

The page also keeps an AI-generated summary of your context, which you can regenerate at any time.

Memories power better answers

Once saved, the agent weaves your memories into its responses automatically — plans, content, and advice come back tailored to your actual business.

Documents (saved work)

Everything substantial the agent creates — plans, offers, outlines, and other artifacts — is saved under Documents.

  1. Open your profile menu and go to Documents (or Settings → Documents)
  2. Search to find a past document
  3. Click one to jump back to the conversation and artifact it came from, where you can keep editing

This means you never lose a deliverable in the chat history — it's all collected for you.

Snippets (saved responses)

Want to keep a specific reply handy? Save it as a snippet:

  1. Click the bookmark icon on an AI response
  2. Give it a title
  3. Find your saved snippets in Settings → Snippets, and click to return to the original conversation

Personal documents you upload

Beyond what the agent creates, you can upload your own files in Settings → Documents for the AI to reference. These are private to you and separate from your coach's organization knowledge base.
