Accessing Community

Click Community in the sidebar to see:

• Chat — Direct messages and groups
• Board — Discussion posts
• Members — Member directory
• Events — Upcoming events and meetings

Direct Messages

Chat privately with other members.

Starting a Conversation

1. Go to Community → Chat
2. Click New Chat
3. Select a member
4. Start messaging

Group Chats

Join or create group conversations:

• Teams and cohorts
• Topic-based discussions
• Tier-linked groups (auto-membership)

Messaging Features

Feature	How to Use
Voice Memos	Press and hold the mic button to record
Images & Files	Click the attachment icon or drag-and-drop files into the chat
Emoji & GIF Picker	Click the smiley face in the compose bar to browse emoji and search GIFs
Reply	Swipe or click to reply to a specific message (shown as inline preview)
Edit	Edit your own messages after sending
Delete	Delete your own messages
Emoji Reactions	Click the reaction bar on any message to add a WhatsApp-style emoji reaction
Auto-Link URLs	Paste any URL and it becomes clickable; YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom links auto-embed

Read Receipts

See when your messages have been read with check marks and timestamps.

Message Board

Viewing Posts

The Board shows posts from all community members. You can:

• Scroll through recent posts
• See who posted and when
• View comments and reactions

Creating a Post

1. Click New Post or the compose area
2. Select a topic (required when posting from the "All Topics" view)
3. Write your message
4. Add images, files, or paste URLs (YouTube/Vimeo/Loom auto-embed)
5. Click Post

Commenting

1. Click on a post to open it
2. Scroll to the comment section
3. Write your comment (supports attachments, voice memos, and emoji)
4. Click Comment

Reactions

Show appreciation with WhatsApp-style emoji reactions:

• Click the reaction bar on any post or comment
• Choose from emoji picker
• See who reacted with which emoji

Calendar in Sidebar

The events calendar is now accessible directly from the main sidebar — look for Calendar in the navigation. You can also still access it through Community → Events.

Viewing Events

Go to Community → Events or click Calendar in the sidebar to see:

• Upcoming events
• Event details and times
• Who's attending

RSVPing

Click on an event to:

• See full details
• RSVP (Yes, No, Maybe)
• Add to your calendar

Joining Meetings

For video meetings:

1. Find the event
2. Click Join when it's time
3. Enter the video room

Meeting Features

• HD video and audio
• Screen sharing (if enabled)
• In-meeting chat

Finding Members

Click Members to see:

• List of community members
• Profile photos and names
• When they joined

Starting a DM

Click on a member to view their profile, then click Message to start a conversation.

Q: Can I delete my posts? A: Yes, you can delete posts you've created.

Q: Can I leave a group chat? A: Yes, you can leave groups you've joined (unless they're tier-linked).

Q: Are DMs visible to the coach? A: No, your 1:1 DMs are private between you and the other member.

Q: Can I turn off notifications? A: Notification settings are in your account preferences.

Q: How do I record a voice memo? A: In the chat, press and hold the microphone button to record.
